Meet Our Senior
Pastors
Pastor Jorge Sandoval’s life was transformed by God after entering a Victory Outreach recovery home in 1993, coming from a background impacted by addiction. For over three decades, he has faithfully served, including years helping others overcome addictions and building strong ministries alongside his wife, Monica Sandoval. In 2007, they were sent to pastor Victory Outreach East Phoenix with their three children.
Together, Pastor Jorge and Monica have a deep love for the city and a passion to see lives and families transformed for the glory of Christ. They are committed to reaching the community with the message that the same God who changed their lives can change anyone who is willing to follow Him.
Meet Jorge and Daisy
Jorge Ivan and Daisy have faithfully served in ministry for many years, with Jorge Ivan being raised in the church as the son of Senior Pastors Jorge and Monica Sandoval. Having been surrounded by ministry his entire life, Jorge Ivan developed a deep passion for serving God and reaching people, which he now carries alongside his wife, Daisy.While serving in the student and young adult ministry, they witnessed a growing number of English-speaking individuals who were hungry for a place to worship and grow on Sundays. In response, and through steps of faith, they felt called to help lead the vision of reaching the English-speaking community of Phoenix. Together, they are committed to building a welcoming, life-giving environment where people can encounter God and experience transformation.
