Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.
This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.
Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny.

“For more than 45 years, Julie and I have led Victory Outreach with a clear mission: to empower people to take control of their lives by placing their future in the hands of God. We have seen multitudes exchange a life—or a future—without hope for a new resolve and confidence in life, with a unique determination to help others.
Our unique vision continues to guide our values-driven approach to ministry, personal growth, and global community involvement. From the very beginning, the preeminent value of Victory Outreach has been family. We are a global family with members on every populated continent in the world.

Our History
From its humble beginning in 1967, Victory Outreach grew from one church into a worldwide network of more than 700 churches and ministries, with locations throughout the United States and in 30 countries—from the Philippines to the Netherlands. It has become one of the largest inner-city ministries in the world, meeting the needs of people from all walks of life.
For almost 60 years, Victory Outreach has trained and equipped men and women to develop their full potential in life—whether by establishing a church, building a career, or cultivating and nurturing a family.
The following timeline illustrates the growth and development of Victory Outreach International. In 1967, the vision was to reach East Los Angeles. This vision later expanded to include California, then all of America, and eventually the entire world.
United We Can
United We Can is the heartbeat of world missions in Victory Outreach. We have a vision to reach the world for Jesus, but we understand that we cannot do it alone. Many times we may not be able to physically go to the places where there is great need, but through our giving, our finances can go where we cannot.
United We Can serves as a ministry that raises funds to take the Gospel around the world—establishing churches, recovery homes, and training centers that bring hope and transformation to communities everywhere. Together, we are making it possible to reach people in every nation, and we will not stop until there is hope in every corner of the world.
